Dear Customers,

If you wish to request a return, please contact us using your preferred communication channel — whether via our online shop, telephone, email, WhatsApp, or postal mail. Once we receive your request, we will review the case and take all necessary steps to find the most suitable solution for you. Please note, however, that as a general rule, original spare parts cannot be returned.

Return requests must be submitted within 5 working days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, any requests received after this period cannot be accepted.

We also kindly remind you to inspect all received products immediately, or at the latest within 3 hours of delivery, for any visible damage or defects. Should any issues be detected, please notify us promptly through your chosen communication channel.

Returns are excluded in the following cases:

  • Spare parts with a gross value below CHF 50.00
  • Return requests submitted after 5 working days from delivery
  • Items in torn, damaged, or heavily soiled packaging
  • Sensitive spare parts (e.g., headlights, windshields, etc.) where protective or plastic film has been removed or damaged – this list is not exhaustive
  • Opened assembly or repair kits
  • Packaging with broken seals
  • Spare parts that have already been installed or processed
  • Electrical and electronic components such as airbags and related parts (non-exhaustive list)
  • Factory orders may only be canceled with prior written confirmation from BS Parts AG; however, returns are strictly excluded. Please note that delivery dates for such orders are approximate and non-binding
  • Special or factory orders and parts specifically requested by the customer
  • Delivery delays do not justify returns or cancellations
  • Spare parts or shipments classified as bulky goods due to their size (e.g., length over 100 cm, two dimensions exceeding 60 cm, or unpackaged items)

Please note that this list is not exhaustive and may be updated at any time without prior notice.

For approved returns, we kindly ask for your understanding that any costs incurred will be charged accordingly. We nevertheless assure you that we always strive to offer our customers the most fair and efficient solution possible.

If a return is required due to an error on the part of VS Parts SA, the originally invoiced net sales price of the affected spare parts will be refunded in full.
